Our park offers an eclectic range of accommodation, so there should be something to suit everyone's needs and price range.
Our self-contained cabins are not typical, and each is slightly different. We like to think they have charm and character that's all their own.
Four of the park's motel-style cedar cabins open directly onto the paved courtyard seen here. Guests can enjoy al fresco meals and drinks outside under the umbrellas. The office, barbecue and bird feeding area are a short distance from this view.
All en-suite cabins have colour free-to-air satellite TV/VCR, and we have an excellent free video collection.
Our sites vary in size to suit Caravan, Camper trailer, van's & tents. All are powered and have water connections. We have green shade cloth mesh laid on the sites to help keep your indoors cleaner. Tent pegs are ok to be put through the mesh.
There is a kitchen wash up area and fridge at the rear of the amenities, and also a coin operated laundry. There is a common BBQ area for our guests use also, with utensils & seating provided.
We have fire buckets available to campers and can supply barrow loads of wood also.
The Shack is a standalone cottage, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Self contained with a kitchen.
This is our roomiest accommodation and is perfect for families or bigger groups. A private BBQ for your use on the veranda.
Easily our most popular booking available, book fast to avoid disappointment..
The cabin kitchens in the main complex are all similar to the one pictured here, with the following standard features:
Room sizes and furnishings vary slightly, but the bedroom above is fairly typical of most cedar cabins. No linen or towels are provided, but all beds in all cabins are supplied with a bedspread or covered doona, mattress protector, covered pillows and two blankets.
With their dormitory-style bedrooms, and because they are slightly apart from the other cabins, Cabins 7 and 8 are a favourite with groups of fishermen. Since this photo was taken, a barbecue area has been added in front of Cabin 8 ... and fishermen get BIG brownie points for cooking their catch outside!!
We've brightened up this cabin considerably with white cupboards, new curtains and so on, but it's still the same old "fisherman's cabin". Cabin 8 has had a major overhaul and is now a light and comfortable choice.
The bedroom in Cabin 7 has four single beds in one room; Cabin 8 has two single beds and two bunk beds in one room. The beds all have a fitted bottom sheet on them, so most guys just bring sleeping bags or swags with them.
The flat has a spacious, comfortable open plan living area, as seen above, and a gas barbecue on the shady balcony.
The main bedroom contains a double bed and wardrobe.
The second bedroom contains a double bed, 2-berth single bunk bed and built-in wardrobe.
Please let us know in advance if you would like linen provided.
These free-standing cabins are on the top level of the park above the main cabin complex and have the advantage of vehicle/boat parking beside the cabin.. They share a wood burning barbecue.
Each unit has a double bed in a separate bedroom and a curtained off central triple bunk set. Kitchens are fully self-contained, with oven and microwave. Both units have TV/VCR.
Two brand new Jayco units were installed on the amenities level of the campground area in late 2007.
The self-contained kitchens in the Jayco units are well
designed and equipped, with good cupboard space.
The main bedroom and living area are open plan, with a panel providing some privacy. The wardrobe has several shelves rather than hanging space.
The bunk or kids' room is separate, with a door.
The bunks comfortably sleep average height adults.
There are drawers under one of the bunks.
The Jayco units' bathrooms are spacious and modern.
The two free-standing Windsor park units on the amenities level of the camping area, below the swimming pool, are basic but comfortable. Outdoor relaxing is very pleasant, with each unit having its own gas barbie on a covered concrete verandah.
