Your Oysters are from Wonboyn Rock Oysters. Farmers Kel & Caroline Henry have been growing their high quality oysters for more than 30 years, securing several Gold medals at the Royal Easter Show over that time. 

Using only environmentally sensitive products and environmentally friendly farming practices to farm their oysters, the operation is powered with renewable energy.  To us, promoting environmental awareness is paramount to securing a bright future for the oyster industry.

Oysters are shipped every Monday or Tuesday of the week, and should arrive by Friday or before.
